Explore the relationship between the formative process, teachers as agents of their learning, and your role as an administrator in fostering teacher agency through coaching. Administrators will reflect on how formative and summative observation data inform teacher choice, how voice and choice differ for teachers at various entry points and how administrators coach others to find and navigate their own professional learning pathways.
